Overall Denise and I had a very good impression of all the team involved in the work and we were happy with the way things were handled and the quality of the work.
More specifically I would like to let you know that Patrick has considerably exceeded our expectations on a consistent basis throughout the whole job. Where issues arose I have always been well informed, the options were clear and the resolution was satisfactory and well implemented. The impression we consistently got was that he was very interested and engaged in the build and the quality of the end result. The suggestions made throughout the build have led to some significant improvements in the end result and we appreciate these. Patrick was always very available to discuss any issues and we were never dismissed on items even though some, with hindsight, were almost certainly trivial. In all these instances Patrick went beyond what I would expect to make sure our questions were answered quickly and pro-active suggestions were continually made where none were expected.
